Gerald McGonagle was born and raised in Northern Ireland. He comes from a working class family of four (4) brothers. In 1980 Gerald came to this country on a soccer scholarship and worked his way through school paying for his living expenses by working in construction and in industrial plants.

Growing up in a working class family and working his way through college and law school, Gerald has experienced first hand some of the injustices that exist in the workplace. He vowed to fight for the well-being of all those people who put in a 40+ hour work week and obtain justice for these folks through our legal system. His belief has always been and continues to be, that there is not a higher calling than representing hard-working folks to assure that they receive justice through the judicial process, to obtain just compensation for their injuries and assure that the corporate and insurance industries take responsibility for their actions.
